Single Source has been an active member of the Syteline User Network (SUN) for almost two decades. SUN is a non-profit group is dedicated to connecting Syteline and its end-users. It was founded so that users could collaborate and “improve the people, process, and procedures around Syteline, Infor CloudSuite, and Infor Service Management.” SUN is focused on achieving that goal for its community, which includes 1,600 members, 500 companies, and 60 vendors.
SUN members are among the first to learn about industry developments and have the chance to vote on future software enhancements. Networking opportunities with SUN vendors and affiliates, along with other members, are conducive to identifying potential partnerships and growth opportunities. By conferring with peer organizations in live and virtual environments, the SUN community can present potential issues or concerns to Infor together. SUN also offers access to tools including the member directory, exclusive live and web-based events, the quarterly newsletter, and numerous social media communities.

Here at Single Source, we have been able to contribute a wide range of relevant expertise to the organization as both users and resellers of this technology. Members of our team have given both educational and sales presentations at SUN trade shows.
SUN members enjoy a reduced rate at the annual conference in Orlando, Florida March 13-15, and we are excited to continue our tradition of participation.
