Happy first day of spring! If you follow our President Cory Rhodes on Twitter, you know he has a penchant for the hashtag #SSSinthehouse. The last several weeks have been a whirlwind for Single Source! Our team has been traveling, presenting, networking, and taking plunges all over the country. Check out what we've been up to!
The User Group (TUG) is an independent non-profit association of Infor Distribution product users. We attended this annual conference in Orlando from February 22-25. Central Data held a customer event on February 23rd, where Cory Rhodes and Brenda Nobleza presented to 100 guests.
On Saturday, March 4, four members of our team braved the Polar Plunge into the chilly Eagle Creek Reservoir to benefit Special Olympics Indiana! "It was a balmy 32 degrees, but at least the sun was out. It was actually not that cold when you got out... because everything was numb!" said our Controller Terri Smith! Learn more about our involvement in this fun event and a great cause in one of our previous blog posts.
Nearly 1,100 parking professionals - road warriors Cory and Brenda among them - flocked to Chicago to participate in PIE 2017 held by Parking Today this past March 5-8. It was four days of learning, exhibits, networking, and yes, even a party! The parking industry is a very exciting field - we covered some innovations in a recent blog post.
Back to Orlando for the Syteline User Network (SUN) annual conference on March 13-15! Single Source has been an active member of SUN for almost two decades, and several members of our team attended the conference. The keynote by Brad Montgomery was outstanding! We had a booth for IncentViz, our solution for calculating incentives, and enjoyed some team bonding.
On March 16, Cory attended this annual event held by the Indianapolis Business Journal. This discussion included many local thought leaders, such as Emplify CEO Santiago Jaramillo and Torchlite CEO Susan Marshall. Our city is a hotbed of tech industry activity, and we are thrilled to be a part of it!
